I came to Canada as an immigrant with no safety net, no connections, and no blueprint. What I had was an obsessive work ethic and an absolute refusal to be outworked. I earned my way into one of the most prestigious business and finance programs in the country — an institution that doesn’t produce graduates, it produces decision-makers. That education, combined with years in the trenches of financial services, gave me a lens most realtors simply don’t have: the ability to see a property not as a home, but as a financial instrument. My immigrant story isn’t a footnote in my biography. It’s the reason I take every client’s investment as seriously as they do.
The philosophy
The biggest financial mistake I see buyers make is letting emotion drive a decision that deserves a spreadsheet. The biggest mistake sellers make is underestimating how much strategic positioning affects their final number. I am not the realtor who will tell you what you want to hear. I am the one who will tell you what the data says, structure an offer that wins without overpaying, and make sure the transaction you close is one you’re proud of ten years from now.
